Not many pictures of the beer festival came out. Here are the only two worth posting.

Since it rains a lot in SE Alaska the festival is set up under that structure. Each side had four or five stations set up with brewerys. Each averaged about 4 taps. My vote for the best on tap is the Eldred Rock Red from the Haines Brewery.

It looks like the fairgrounds has some kind of lumberjack show that goes on. Wondering around the grounds I ran into this below. This was just one of a few large logs set up in a similar manner. Sawing contest? I put my glass on top of it for a better reference of its size.
